We guarantee all our products to be brand new and fully as described.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping carriers are United Parcel Service ( UPS ) and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We do not offer the option of other carriers at this time.

Shipments Outside the United States

Our shipping area includes the United States, Canada and Australia within the service areas of our carriers. We will not ship to any other country or location at this time. Shipments outside the United States do not include any applicable taxes, brokerage fees or any other duty or fee that may be charged at the receiving end. These costs will be collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Shayler Engraving and has no control over these charges and will not be held liable or responsible for them under any circumstance.

Free Shipping when offered 

Free ground shipping is periodically offered within the continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Australia are not included in our free shipping offer. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Australia will be charged the actual cost of shipping as reflected in our shopping cart when checking out.

Free shipping will be fulfilled by the carrier of our choice using ground or standard shipping method. If faster delivery is required the method may be selected from our shopping cart for additional charges.

Out of Stock
Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not pleased with the quality of your purchase we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price.

In the case of defective product or incorrect engraving a prepaid return shipment envelope will be sent to you for the return.

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany all returns.
