DK7AC Antique Copper Door KnockerThe DK7 engraved door knocker has one area that is capable of holding one line of up to 14 characters of engraving.

In some cases more characters can be added but the readability usually suffers.

The area is rectangular 7/16 inch x 2-1/8 inches. This is a bit limited in height as compared to it's length.

The small rectangle on the clapper is not suitable for engraving.

A descender such as a -g- or a -y- can severely limit the overall size of the engraving.
For this reason we recommend ALL CAPITALS or the Roman ULC font for the engraving on this door knocker.
