Do you stand behind your products?
Yes, Under normal wear and use our cast brass products are guaranteed to maintain their finish and usable condition for a minimum of 10 years.
We can do this because we are one of the few companies that applies the weather resistant clear lacquer coating after the engraving is done. With this method the engraving process does not damage the protective lacquer coating. The entire product is protected from weather and UV.
This warranty does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, fire or other extended circumstance.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
No, It is impossible to create a solid cast brass engraved product that can honestly be guaranteed to maintain its surface forever.
Does my door knocker or kick plate purchase include mounting hardware?
Yes, we include applicable matching mounting hardware with each purchase.
How long does an order take to ship?
Most door knocker orders require 24-48 (weekday) hours to process and ship. If for some reason an order will be delayed you will be notified by e-mail.
Does engraving cost more?
No, the engraveable door knockers are engraved at no additional charge as long as the engraving remains within the character limit of that door knocker and uses standard ASCII characters.
Can I have a special logo or design engraved?
Possibly, we will have to approve the artwork before hand. Additonal charges will be necessary.
Will my door knocker cost less if I do not have it engraved?
No, Engraving is included at no additional charge. Therefore there is no charge to discount.
Are spaces included in the engraving character count?
Yes, A space is a character and must be counted.
Does engraving cause an order to be delayed?
No, We perform all engraving in house as part of the order process so engraving will not delay an order.
Can you rush an order for more money?
No, each door knocker is prepared per order one at a time. This process usually takes 24-48 hours depending on the processes required.
Can we get faster shipping options?
No, We are currently using USPS Priority Mail as our only carrier.
Will you ship by Fedex if I have an account number?
No, we do not use Fedex as a shipper.
Will you ship Canada?
Yes, we are now shipping to Canada.
Will you ship to other countries besides the U.S., Canada or Australia?
No, we are only shipping within the U.S., Canada and Australia at this time.
